At Fierce Up, our goal is to bring passion back into the workplace by transforming relationships.

We believe that workplaces should be safe environments where every employee thrives and works with authenticity, using and building on their skills. Every team member should have a sense of purpose in their role and should be accountable to their workmates in the achievement of the organisation’s goals.

Issues we have encountered within the companies we have worked with:

  • This could be rapid expansion, new management, new processes or technologies.

  • With rapid expansion comes the need for clear communication of the direction of the organisation.

  • An expanding business cannot use the relaxed methods of getting things done that it previously did. Each person needs clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

  • Expansion can lead to stress, fractured relationships and tension and this can spill over into how we treat other team members. It is essential to set boundaries on this and put effective communication strategies in place.

How do we work?

While we follow a structure that we know works for most of our clients, we also create an atmosphere that encourages a bespoke approach as required throughout our sessions. See below for a typical package that can be tailored to your needs.

A 45 min call with the CEO/HR Leader or Senior management team to discuss current issues

A 60-90 min teaser session with small representative group of between 2 and 10 people. This allows you as the client to see if you like our style and it gives us a chance to have a clearer understanding of the individuals within the group and to develop a strategy that will work for all.

We prepare our strategy, taking everything we have learned about your company into account. This is tailored to your needs, using the processes that we know work. This is also prepared using the main issue you have identified as being the most pressing.

We then deliver the sessions to address the problems. This may be a full day facilitation, a series of workshops or regular team coaching sessions (for selected teams or even for the entire organisation). The approach taken will depend on need and budget.
