What people say about us

Every one of our clients represents an opportunity for us to prove our worth. We offer a bespoke and tailored solution that takes the skills we have learned along the way and applies them in a structured way to the challenges our clients face.

  • Executive Team Coaching - Virtual

Delivered as a series of regular team coaching sessions across a four-month period, these 2-hour sessions were aimed at the executive team and were designed to establish more effective communication and improved alignment. We discovered that the team had been avoiding certain discussions and that misunderstandings had drifted into their work relationships. Our work resulted in a clear plan on next steps, and they had a set of new tools designed to create a healthy and effective team.

  • European Women in Tech Workshop – Amsterdam

This in-person 1-hour workshop was titled “3 steps to psychological safety: Paving the way for innovation and resilience”. We explored how the key to building resilience and innovation is to create a feeling of psychological safety. Especially useful for companies that recognise their success hinges on these skills but are unsure how to achieve them. We worked closely with leaders, management and employees to find ways to address workplace issues in a safe and constructive manner.

  • Facilitated dialogue for Mental Chatter Community – Berlin

The Mental Chatter Community event was facilitated by Masawa Fund and we were privileged to be invited to take part in a three-hour dialogue to discuss the future of mental health and wellbeing. Using a tool designed for challenging conversations called Deep Democracy we ensured that all voices were heard (even the quieter ones). We ended the session with a visualisation designed to identify where the community was at the time. With honesty and trust we found that friendships, ongoing sharing and networking were a natural outcome of this fruitful discussion.

  • Edge Workshop – Virtual

In this 90-minute workshop we explored what it means for an individual to be “on the edge” and what it means when you go beyond that. Recognising the signs of being close to the edge is the best way to avoid it.  Tired, frustrated, angry or overwhelmed; these leaders brought us their real-world problems and we offered interactive ideas designed to help them navigate these issues and to create a clear and actionable set of steps. Our Edge framework workshop was so successful that we created a change management version just for them.

Is your company next?

We work with start-up teams who are scaling their company to the next level. We are proud to have worked with innovative, professional, successful, ambitious and determined teams who are full of ideas, but struggle with execution. This can happen due to issues around a lack of clear roles, a structure that no longer works and relationships that are fracturing.

Our role is to bring calm clarity to the exciting chaos.
