When an individual can combine their love of academic and scientific rigour with their ability to connect deeply with people and their needs, it produces a person who is able to offer more than average. Zuzanna is one of these people.

With an Msc in Biotechnology, with a focus on molecular immunology, neuroscience and genetics, it may be a surprise that her focus has shifted toward interpersonal communication and organisational change, leading to a thriving and functional workplace. But, for Zuzanna, the connections are clear. An understand of how the brain impacts human behaviour and cognition is the perfect complement to her natural empathy and understanding of the human condition.

Zuzanna’s work has taken her to 4 different countries across the last decade. She has presented during international conferences, where she advocates for equity and inclusion and it is where she developed her passion for addressing miscommunication, decision fatigue and workplace conflicts.

Zuzanna also holds a certification in Organisation and Relationship System Coaching, Co-active model and Positive Intelligence model. More recently, she has had the honour of a new prestigious position as faculty member/Front of the Room Leader for CRR Global, a leading company in team coaching. 

As a natural communicator, she specialises in working with leaders and their teams during times of change and prefers to focus on whole teams as systems. She recognises that the move from a group of talented individuals to an effective team is a challenging one and she encourages her clients to look at this challenge as an opportunity to level up within a safe and thriving workplace culture.
